When you create an account, we collect your email address and, where provided, your name and company name. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) and technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and service improvement.
We use your data to provide GovRegWatch, send regulatory intelligence digests, process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
We use Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery), and Cloudflare (security/CDN). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
We retain your data for the duration of your account. After deletion, personal data is removed within 90 days except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. California residents have the right to know what personal data we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data.
